The Hill, Homewood, Alabama Infill Urban Apartment Community
The Hill is an infill urban apartment community located on a five-acre site in the hip, upscale Homewood neighborhood adjacent to downtown Birmingham Alabama.
The 122-unit development has studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments. The project consists of four “buildings” under a single roof, ranging in height from two to four stories and will include a Community Room, Excercise facility, Outdoor Bar and BBQ pavilion, pool and other amenities.
Ground breaking is set for the Fall of 2011 with anticipated completion in the Spring of 2013.
